Supporting colleagues’ mental and physical wellbeing
The Group provided colleagues with free access to a one-year membership of the Headspace meditation app, in support of their mental and physical wellbeing.
Over 2,000 colleagues have registered for the app since introduction in 2020, which is also available in German translation benefiting colleagues across our European sites.
The Headspace app can help alleviate stress and anxiety, manage sleep, and help focus the mind on day-to-day activities. Mindfulness can directly support an individual’s wellbeing, helping to achieve the best possible version of oneself. One that feels fit, well, engaged and fully supported in all they do.
