Phoenix Group Board members are committed to high standards of corporate governance and support the UK Corporate Governance Code which sets standards of good practice for UK listed companies.

This report demonstrates how Phoenix Group Holdings plc has applied the principles of the Code and complied with the provisions of the Code. It is the Board’s view that the Company has been fully compliant with the principles and provisions set down in the Code.

It focuses on Board Leadership and Company Purpose, the division of responsibilities, Composition, Succession Evaluation as well Audit, Risk and Internal Control.
