Our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) is a discretionary scheme that runs from January to December. Payments are made in March every year and are determined by both individual and company performance. When colleagues join part way through the year, the incentive will pro-rota. The job advert will confirm the target bonus level for the role on offer and we'll talk you through how this works during the recruitment process.
Phoenix will contribute 10% of your salary into your pension each month. There is a default 2% employee contribution, however you can change this when you join via our benefits platform. Phoenix will match your contributions up to 2% and will also enhance any Salary Sacrifice contributions you make by 10%, meaning you could receive 14.2% whilst only contributing 2% yourself. We also offer you support when you're approaching retirement.
