We don’t recruit large scale programmes every year. We don’t bring in big cohorts and hope for great talent to emerge and the others to move on. What we offer is a small, tailored programme for a handful of unique, talented individuals who are seeking a personalised route to becoming a leader. It’s ok if you aren’t sure where you are headed just yet – this programme will offer you rotations around our business to build your skills and find something you’re truly passionate about.
This is a programme for anyone, at any level, with an interest, experience or qualifications in a mathematical capacity due to the nature of the rotations.
We’re a FTSE 100, market leading organisation who are reinventing how we think about pensions. We’re doing some groundbreaking work in sustainability and have a voice in key social issues to make the world a better place. Don’t make any assumptions about the pensions industry – the opportunity to make a difference here is real.
