The Group employed over 1,200 staff at the end of 2012 across three divisions - Group, Phoenix Life, and Ignis Asset Management. The Group's core sites are Wythall, near Birmingham, Glasgow, and two offices in London. CR is reported collectively however initiatives are driven by site.
